Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. I deliver nationally and internationally via the Australia Post delivery services available. Delivery costs will be calculated based on package weight and size, and whether you choose courier or standard delivery. Pick up is also available from our office free of charge.

What are the prices for invitations?
My invitation prices are very competitively priced. There are many factors that impact the final cost and these include: style of paper, hard cover invites, design, envelopes vs boxes, printing process, foiling or embossing and quantity.

What are the prices for the decorated chocolates?
Decorated chocolates start from $2.50 per piece. Prices will depend on the size of chocolate, type of paper, design and embellishments used, as well as quantities required.
There will be a separate cost for the tray design and hire, this is negotiable depending on the size of your order.

Do you provide package discounts?
Of course. Discounts will be applied if you order a combination of my products, or for large quantities of the same item.

What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround times will depend on quantities, however once design is approved, it will usually take 5 – 10 business days to complete your order. I can also accommodate urgent orders if required. Candles can be completed within 2 business days, however a $10 surcharge applies for urgent orders required within 7 days.

How do I place an order, and what are the payment terms?
All orders are cusom made so just send me an email and let me know what you would like, and the process starts from there. Full payment upfront is required in order to complete and deliver orders.
